Terms And Conditions

THE WEBSITE, The Irish School of Life AND YOU
This website, found under the www.irishschooloflife.com URL, is operated by the ISL and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' shall be deemed to be references to The Irish School of Life. References to 'you', and 'your' shall be deemed to be references to the person placing an order via this website.

PROMOTIONS, GIFT VOUCHERS AND OTHER OFFERS
These Terms & Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before booking or placing an order with us either by telephone on 00 353 1 254-25-34, by email at: info@irishschooloflife.com or by post using the address given below.

Once you have placed an order or booked a course we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your booking or order has been accepted. A contract between you and The Irish School of Life for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you via email or post.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged until a booking or order has been made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled more than 28 days in advance of a course start date. In such cases a full refund will be made, less an appropriate administration fee.  Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of a course will be converted to a non-refundable credit. This credit may be used for a similar course within 12 months. No refund or credit  will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the course. There is an option to transfer onto a future course - upon payment of 25% of the original course fee.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of such circumstances we will contact you in order that you may transfer your booking.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
